Personal mentor
In their TSP all PhD candidates in the Institute are requested to suggest a personal mentor. They have to invite this person by themselves. A mentor should be an associate or full professor from the Radboudumc, who does not work in the same department as the PhD candidate and who is not involved in the PhD project. The mentor can give input on the project, monitor progress or give career advice. Importantly, should any problems or difficulties arise, the mentor is available for help. candidates meet their mentor minimally on a yearly basis. Mentor guidelines are available (Annual Manual) outlining the role of the mentor.

Other counsellors
