Thursday 18th of May director of Reshape Center Lucien Engelen will give an inspiring lecture about future changes in PHD trajectories. Furthermore, PhD students of the four institutes will present their research to each other and will learn how to network in a workshop by Louise Mennen.
The theme of Friday 19th of May is the societal impact of research and the pressure to publish. With interesting lectures by prof.dr. Hans Bennis (KNAW-member commission Standard Evaluation Protocol (SEP)), dr. Radjesh Manna (ZonMw) and a workshop by Diane Schöller (IXA).
In the afternoon prof. Fiona Godlee, editor of the BMJ, will give her inaugural lecture. She is the first professor of the Researchschool CaRe.
Special for PhDs:
The stay and dinner in the hotel at May 18 as well as the transport on May 19 to La Bonbonnière are free and all inclusive.
PhDs who attend both days will receive a certificate (1 ECTS).
