Where and when were you born?
I was born “about” 25 years ago in Belgrade on a sunny winter afternoon.
Where do you live and with whom?
I live with my roommate, a fellow Phd student on the Waal riverbank in Nijmegen.
Who was your role model when you were a kid?
As a child I wanted to be a hair dresser. I was in love with all that nitty scissors work and perfection coming out of it.
Why aren’t you doing the same thing now as your role model (or do you?)
Well, if you look at my childhood pictures and my hair styles, you will see why my career diverted to economic evaluation of oral health prevention programs.
What is the thing in your (work or other) history that you are most proud of?
When I initiated a dental health project during my undergraduate studies in Belgrade. More than 1500 students at the University received free dental treatment.
What is it that you would like to achieve in work in the next 5 to 10 years?
Identifying cost-effective carries prevention programmes in different economic settings. Developing new technology ways to gather reliable data on people’s oral health.
For what can we wake you up?
For a good game of volleyball.
What is your hobby and how good are you at it?
I am always in for adventurous hiking tours with interesting people. Feeling the air of hills and countryside with a portion of great fun, make my day full.
P.S. I like making long breaks.
What is your biggest irritation?
Absence of self-criticism.
